1 General Introduction & Applicability

kgf2 is an online betting and casino platform providing digital entertainment services for Bangladeshi users. The terms stated below ("Terms") apply to the kgf2 website, mobile version, and all services under it.

3 Account Registration & Management

3.1 Account Creation

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

You must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration. If incorrect information is provided, kgf2 reserves the right to suspend or close your account.

3.2 Account Security

It is entirely your responsibility to keep your account password and login details confidential. Sharing login details with third parties is prohibited. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.

kgf2 will not be liable for any loss caused by unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account Verification

kgf2 may request proof of identity, address, or payment method at any time. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Terms

Once a deposit is confirmed, it will be added to your account. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Instant deposits can be made via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket; bank transfers are supported through major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

Your account must be verified and active to request a withdrawal. Withdrawals are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, this time may increase if verification or a security review is required.

Withdrawals must be made to the same method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

A 150% welcome bonus is available on your first deposit at kgf2, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn you a ৳1,500 bonus, giving you a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x wagering requirement applies to bonuses — on the bonus amount only. For example, if you receive a ৳1,500 bonus, you must place a total of ৳15,000 in bets before withdrawing your winnings.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• A promotion applies only once per individual or household.
• Any attempt to earn bonuses using multiple accounts or a VPN will result in account closure.
• Bonuses have a set expiry — expired bonuses are cancelled automatically.
• Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn directly; withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirement is met.
• kgf2 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Bet Validity

Once a bet is confirmed, it is considered final. If a bet is incomplete due to a technical error, kgf2 reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Detailed information on market types, odds, and settlement rules can be found on the relevant betting page. kgf2 reserves the right to suspend or cancel markets for any match due to changes in circumstances.

6.3 Casino & Slots

Casino games are powered by reputable providers including Pragmatic Play, Spribe, JILI, PG Soft, and Evolution Gaming. Game results are determined fairly through a Random Number Generator (RNG).

6.4 Technical Errors

If a bet or game is affected by a software error or connectivity issue, kgf2 will take action in accordance with the applicable rules. Winnings obtained by exploiting an error will be voided.

7 VIP Program & Cashback

kgf2 has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Advancement to a VIP tier depends on the type and consistency of play. kgf2 reserves the right to modify or review VIP benefits.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on kgf2:

• Money laundering or using funds from illegal sources on the platform.
• Using bots, automation software, or any strategic software to exploit the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate the bonus system or promotional offers.
• Gaining unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Carrying out any activity with the intent to defraud or harm kgf2.
• Creating an account using a false identity.

9 Responsible Gaming

kgf2 believes in responsible betting. We provide users with the following tools:

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum loss amount for a given period.

14 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

These terms will be interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute will first be addressed through negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, kgf2 reserves the right to settle it through arbitration. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding on both parties.

15 Changes to Terms
